Tuscan cuisine consists of simple recipes, prepared with genuine ingredients like bread, olive oil, home-bred cattle and vegetables, but more elaborate and creative dishes are to be found, reminiscent of the splendour and eccentricity of Renaissance courts.

The resort offers seasonal menus, with culinary events (Porcini mushrooms, truffles, chestnuts) and theme dinners, also accompanied by musical entertainment in summer.
